This is our second year here in this competition and we are very proud to be taking home a prize against some very tough competition" said team Captain Robb Delmhorst."

Teams travel from as far as Kansas City to compete in the competition where all entries are cooked over a charcoal grille and ingredients must conform to Kosher standards.

"It's different cooking over a charcoal grille, something we were not to familiar with last year", Pete Krajcsik 2nd year grill man stated."There has definately been a learning curve but we are getting better and looking forward to next year".

Joe Rainis the teams third member and Treasurer to the Fire Fighters Charitable Foundation added, " We have met some great people here and started some new friendships. we will definately be back next year ready to go and compete."
